Meal Prep Sunday with Aldi Products

Meal prep Sunday, ya'll! Just sharing my routine with you. Picked up some Market Fare Broccoli Florets, Chicken gourmet chicken strips, and Has No Gluten-free Pasta at Aldi.

Cooked the chicken with some paprika and garlic. Steamed the broccoli, keeping it a bit crunchy. Boiled the pasta and tossed it in olive oil, salt, and a hint of lemon zest.

There it is. Chicken Broccoli Pasta, lunch for the week ready! Saves me a lot of time and the tastes holds up pretty good even on Friday. Cheers!

Sounds like a fantastic meal! Have you considered using Aldi's hummus as a pasta sauce? Surprisingly good, even with the gluten-free pasta.

Interesting combination of flavours with the paprika and garlic on the chicken. What's the texture like by Friday though? I imagine the pasta would be quite dry. Maybe add a splash of sauce to keep it fresh?
